My mama nuked her tomato soup!

This picture brings me so much joy...my mom wanted heat up a nice bowl of tomato soup, and it ended up exploding in the micro! Notice how evenly it went on!?! Now if I could figure out a way to paint my apartment using this method! Thanks for the humor mom!

California, how I love thee...

I love Cali and I have for quite some time now. But even more specifically, I think 'La Jolla' is one of the best, beautiful places in the U.S. Here are a few shots from around our home for the next few months while my wife works on Bonnie and Clyde at the La Jolla Playhouse.

Gabe's birthday at 6 Flags!

Okay, I love a good roller coaster, and 6 flags has some great ones. A bunch of awesome peeps from Harvest Rock Church (an awesome church in CA) celebrated my friend Gabe's birthday by doing loops at 80 mph and screaming our heads off! Not gonna lie, there was a ride called X2 that made me almost wet myself. I loved it. It's a feeling everyone should have at least once a year...wait, what?? Anyway, if you'd like to take a look at the shots, copy and paste this link into your address bar:

I love my nephews!

So I've always wanted to be an uncle, and now, my wife and I have been so blessed to have two incredible nephews! Dom and Noah are studs....no question!

Costa Rica

Well, post #1 it is for me! What better way to start than with a few shots from Costa Rica. I got a chance to go with my buddy Johnny V to this great place. Embarrassingly enough, I actually thought Costa Rica was an Island before starting my research for this trip...I've learned much about this great place since that first slip up!

The beauty of this place was ridiculous. It truly was an artist's playground, full of inspiration, animals, and color. I highly recommend a trip here. Here's a glimpse of the monkeys, waterfalls, volcanoes, and even the process that a coffee bean goes through to get into our morning cup (we went to a coffee plantation tour)...enjoy!
